Online Ordering

Clicking the "Order" button on product pages will add your selection to your online shopping cart. You may return to our products pages by clicking "Keep Shopping" near the bottom left of your cart page. Once you have finished adding products to your basket, you may follow the cart page instructions to complete your order, paying with Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. NP&CT is dedicated to providing all of our customers a safe online-shopping experience, powered by Yahoo! Secured Shopping.

Email Ordering

If you feel more comfortable not ordering online, you may simply email our staff your order, including your phone number(s), a time you can best be reached (EST), and your shipping address, and we will be happy to contact you for your payment information and any specifics we may need to complete your order. Catalog & Mail Ordering

If you would like to request our catalog, call us TOLL-FREE at 1-877-852-8700 or email us for a copy, or download it from our site. With your catalog, you should receive a paper copy of our order form to fill out and send back to us with your payment (we accept Visa, MC, Discover, or check for catalog orders).

If you would prefer to mail us an order but do not wish to wait on a catalog or have no way of printing one off the internet, simply write down the product information (name, size, scent, price, quantity). Be sure to write down the total of your order, adding shipping charges as posted online or on the order form for all orders and 6.75% Sales Tax on any Ohio orders.

If you would prefer not to order online but instead opt to phone-in your order to our staff, call our toll-free number 1-877-852-8700, and we will be happy to process your purchase over the phone.
